This grounding and rejuvenating experience will see you surrounded by, and connecting with the beauty of nature. This in-person event will start at the Gartlea Community Centre and follow a looped path inside Brownsburn Community Park.
We will start by exploring what nature bathing is and what benefits it brings us. We will carry a stone with us on our mindful walk, symbolising our stressors at the moment. And along the way we will release and let go of these before planting our new intentions and seed's. In a supported burning and seed planting ritual/activity we look to move forward and call in new positive intentions this spring.
Take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse yourself in the calming atmosphere of the outdoors. Let our knowledgeable guides Nicole and Donna lead you on a journey of reflection and mindfulness as you connect with yourself and the natural world. Don't miss this opportunity to unwind and recharge in the great outdoors no matter the weather.
